Come listen to Sandra Miceli, NP as she helps us navigate the 'next big thing' to come our way. She's fearless, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, offering practical tips to help you stay healthy and avoid unnecessary trips to the doctor's office!
Autumn Stevens is a great complement to Sandra, as she will inform us on the medicinal properties of things found in nature to keep our bodies in balance. She'll demonstrate how to identify plants and herbs found in fields, gardens, and even your own back yard(!) and explain their practical uses. She will also have her amazing botanical products for sale, such as homemade tinctures, creams, balms, and much more!
